At WMP Eyewear, we want you to love your new frames. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all orders within the United States.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Place your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new frames within 3-5 business days.
